Attorney Profiles

Jenny Wilkinson handles a variety of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and contract disputes.  Her experience includes preparation of numerous briefs and motions, propounding and responding to discovery responses, depositions, and assisting in preparation for mediations, arbitrations, and trial.  Ms. Wilkinson handles matters at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.    

While attending UCLA Law School, Ms. Wilkinson spent a summer at the University of Oxford, England studying Comparative Employment Discrimination.  She was also a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, wrote several research papers ranging in topics from the legal ramifications of technological advances to an in depth analysis of education laws, and assisted Legal Aid with several depositions through UCLA's clinical program. 

She is currently a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the State of California, Central District of California, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
